Binding half shagreen red back with four nerves set with golden dots adorned with double gilded boxes and gilded typographic florets, small traces of friction on the upper cap, chestnut cardboard plates, guards and contreplats of handmade paper, corners very slightly blunted.
Signed autograph from Sainte-Beuve to Ulysse Marcillac next to the title page of the first volume.
