Bound in half navy shagreen, back with five nerves set with golden threads and double blind fillets, small traces of minor friction on the back, golden date (bookbinder, perhaps love, falsely indicated the years 1876 to 1877 then it is many years 1878-1879 contained in this volume), flat marbled, endpapers and contreplats of handmade paper, wrappers preserved and bound in contemporary binding. Many illustrations in-text.
