As soon as we receive confirmation of the availability of the work and payment, we ensure immediate processing of the order and careful, secure dispatch.

• Payment methods accepted:

Visa, Mastercard, American Express, check on a French bank, bank transfer, cash (only in store: up to 1,000 euros for European tax residents and 15,000 for non-Europeans, as requested by the French law), Paypal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, administrative money orders, Chorus Pro.

• Delivery methods: Colissimo tracked and registered, DHL express, courier (Paris and suburbs), other service providers upon request (tracked only)
• Careful, secure and reinforced packaging, resistant to shocks and bad weather
• Express delivery: immediate dispatch after payment and home delivery with tracking

All our parcels are insured for value, and we guarantee correct delivery (refund in the event of parcel loss).

• Tracking: all our parcels are sent by registered delivery.
• Returns: if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 15 days.
• Invoice: your invoices are kept on file, and a duplicate is available upon request (in case of theft, damage, etc.).

• Change of mind: free return within 15 days upon request
